    • Drove Robotic process automation solutions to streamline and automate labor intensive tasks thus improving margins and repurposing labor on high value-add tasks. 
    • Automated several functions including in areas such as Finance, HR, Lead to Cash to reduce skilled labor.

    • Implemented 900+ Sites with a Clinical system across 30+ countries compliant with local regulations. 
    • Developed unique internal medical recording System and rolled out in all our clinics across the world.

    • Created the first secure Telehealth services and leveraged AI to increase member engagement and NPS.

    • Reduced end-point device provisioning time by over 60% for 100,000 laptops per year 
    • Implemented modern IT Service and Asset Management leveraging Service Now for 300K+ employees.
